He rents gym space out by the half hour to full hour at Precision Human Performance located off of Ogden and Monroe. This is two blocks West of the United Center on the Near West Side of the city. Training packages consist of half-hour or full-hour one-on-one personal training. They can be purchased in bundles of 8, 16, 24, 32, or 64 sessions and broken down into 2 separate payments or payed in full. These sessions may also be bundled with a custom training program to be performed independently between training sessions. Contact today for more information.
No. Built By Burds only provides services within the scope of personal training. However, personal training may be performed during certain stages of recovery and can help those who have been discharged from Physical Therapy return to their full prior level of performance. Many patients are discharged prior to full recovery for several reasons such as lack of coverage from insurance. Built By Burds provides unparalleld knowledge in regards to training these populations in particular.
