Precision Human Performance provides 1 full squat rack, 1 smith machine, 5 to 100 lbs DBs, an array of Prime Weight Machines, a cable machine, and now force plate and force frame technology powered by VALD. InBody scans also available at an additional cost.


Take advantage of Dr. Curtis Burds and his NSCA Certified Performance & Sport Scientist background with in depth breakdowns in your movement and strength. 


Showers are available on site.

Built By Burds now offers customized training programs via a mobile app. The app provides detailed workouts based on number of weeks, number of online fitness training programs sessions per week, fitness goals, and other information discussed during an individual consultations with Dr. Curtis Burds himself. 


This option is available and encouraged for those attending in person sessions for optimal improvements towards your fitness goals. Take your trainer with you wherever you may go!


Price per program varies on level of difficulty (novice, intermediate, advanced, pro), days per week, and additional add ons such as core and cardio planning. If you are interested in a custom exercise program please email builtbyburds@outlook.com from more information.

Customized online fitness training programs are tailored to fit your goals, schedule, equipment availability, and experience level. Built By Burds specializes in finding the gaps in your current routine to help push you past your current fitness plateaus. Please reach out at builtbyburds@outlook.com with the following information to request a quote on your personalized fitness regiment:


  • Number of days per week you are able to train (ex. 2-3 days per week)
  • Personal goals for program (ex. increase performance of squat OR increase muscle size)
  • Cardio you are willing to perform to reach your goals - if applicable (ex. rowing machine OR walking)
  • List of equipment available to you (ex. barbell, dumbbells, standard weight machines, pull-up bar, etc.)
  • Number of years of lifting experience
  • Any injuries that may be affecting your current level of performance
  • Other miscellaneous information you feel Built By Burds should be aware of for building out your custom program

All training programs have been created by Built By Burds LLC based on evidence based practice in combination with expert experience. All programs are provided via PDF format. Reproduction and/or distribution of all programs sold by Built By Burds is prohibited and punishable by law without the expressed and written consent from Built By Burds LLC and its owner. 


*Please make sure you have access to the proper gym equipment prior to purchasing a program. Training programs are designated descriptions such as "Commercial Gym Equipment" and "Home Gym Equipment" above with specifications as to what items are necessary to perform the listed lifts. Programs may be self-modified for at home use at the consumers discretion (ex. EZ-Bar Curl may be substituted with DB Curls).
